Breather vents

breather vents have many application in vacuum relief or pressure equalization on gear box.This Silencer is used in pneumatic equipment. Breather vents Silencers are compact and smaller in length can be fit into smaller space. So silencers are used where there is a space limitation.

Sintered Bronze Silencer

They are used on exhaust port of pneumatic valves and tools to minimize sound levels. These silencers are usually supplied in 40 Micron They can be supplied in any of the remaining six grades on request.
Sintered Bronze Silencers are used to reduce the noise level emitted by gases, air through pneumatic valves to a bearable level i.e. 76 DBA. Available in 1/8” to 2” BSP threading porous sintered bronze mufflers discharge noise emitted by pneumatics equipments, air tools and cylinders. sizes are available 1/8’’ to 2” bsp this silencer use on exhaust ports of most solenoid valves.

Brass Threading Silencer

These units offer a combination of small size with greatest possible sound deadening quality to reduce exhaust noise to acceptable levels within OHS noise requirements.
Sintered Bronze Ordinary Silencer manufactured by us are made from spherical bronze powder. These are made by sintering process and are in one piece means threading portion also made in brass connector .

S.S.Wiremesh and Paper filter elements

a) Paper Filer elements are made from cellulose paper. These are cheaper. These are used in hydraulic machinery and in pneumatic industry also.
b) S.S.Wiremesh filter elements are used to filter the oil in hydraulic machinery and also used for water filters. It is cleanable by reverse flow of fluid so it has indefinite life. It can be used for filtration from 5 micron to 200 micron size filtration level.
These filter elements are compact and give more filtration area by pleating these media ( S.S.Wiremsh / Paper ). Theses are available in various sizes, it can be customized as per client’s requirement.

Cartridge Filter

It is an important addition to filtration technology. It is recognized the world over for it's superior and dependable filtration characteristics. Sintered bronze filter element is produced from spherical bronze powder of closely controlled particle size to give a rigid porous structure of uniform pore dimensions.
Being metallic, it is resistant to impact. It is self supporting unlike other filtering media. The ductility and strength of this metallic structure increases its suitability for high pressure filtration in both directions of flow. It may be readily cleaned by reversing flow or back - flushing with a solvent. The distribution of pores of the three-dimensional structure formed in the sintering process is tightly controlled to give optimum and most reliable performance.

Flame Arrester

Because of Superior thermal conductivity of sintered bronze, a flame arrester/flash back arrester made from it prevents ignition temperature to be attained on the other side and thus prevents fire hazards. Usually find application in welding and electrical equipment.
